Yesterday’s post was eye opening. And to be transparent, I was a little nervous about using the SUICIDE2 license plate. But it would be negligent not to let you know the possible ramifications of complaining. It’s actually kind of amazing that something seemingly so innocuous can be so damning. Fortunately, we can use behavioral changes to retard progression.
One such change is by showing gratitude.
I have a gratitude app that I log in daily and add a photo marker. It’s a rewarding feeling to look back over the month at all the pics and scroll through my blessings. It feels even better when I share my gratitudes with others. It sets off a cascade that benefits all involved. Those benefits have been well documented in over 36 studies.
